These days a lot of emergency work is done remotely. It’s cheaper for the client and the repair is done in minutes not hours. Of course, we spend a lot of time on client’s sites, the vast majority of our maintenance is prescheduled upgrades and changes as well as proactive maintenance, but when the worst happens our clients need to know how quick we can get to them.

Bhavesh Gadhavi, a graduate in Computer Science, is the founder and the CEO of our startup venture, Cyber Technolab. Before I founded Cyber Technolab, I worked for IT companies in like TCS. IT has always been the only career path for me, and I know for sure that will never change. Under his leadership, our company has seen growth organically as well as through acquisitions.
