These days a lot of emergency work is done remotely. It’s cheaper for the client and the repair is done in minutes not hours. Of course, we spend a lot of time on client’s sites, the vast majority of our maintenance is prescheduled upgrades and changes as well as proactive maintenance, but when the worst happens our clients need to know how quick we can get to them.
